Each student begins with a comprehensive diagnostic assessment through Let’s Go Learn. This assessment provides detailed insight into a student’s current skill levels, strengths, and learning gaps across key academic areas.
Our instructional team carefully reviews each diagnostic report to identify priority focus areas and shared skill needs. Students are then placed into small groups based on these common learning targets, not just grade level to allow instruction to be both focused and effective.
Using the diagnostic data as our roadmap, lessons are designed to:
Target specific skill gaps and learning priorities
Group students with similar instructional needs
Provide explicit, focused instruction aligned to readiness levels
Differentiate within the group through scaffolding and extension
Reinforce grade-level connections while prioritizing foundational mastery
Throughout the six weeks, instructors continuously monitor student understanding and performance. Instruction is adjusted as needed to ensure students are progressing toward mastery of their focus skills.
At the conclusion of the six-week cycle, families receive a progress report that:
Outlines the instructional focus areas
Highlights skills addressed during the cycle
Documents student progress and growth
Provides recommended next steps for continued learning
Each student begins with a comprehensive diagnostic assessment through Let’s Go Learn. This assessment provides a detailed picture of the student’s current academic skills, learning gaps, and strengths, allowing instruction to start at the appropriate instructional level
Using the diagnostic results, a customized learning plan is created to target priority skills and guide pacing and instruction.
Instruction takes place in a fully individualized setting where lessons are guided by the student’s diagnostic data and ongoing performance. Tutors:
Focus on the student’s specific skill needs
Adjust pacing and strategies as needed
Provide immediate feedback and guided practice
Spend additional time on challenging concepts
Student performance is monitored throughout each session. Tutors use observation, practice work, and formative checks to determine readiness for new skills or the need for additional support, ensuring instruction remains aligned to the student’s growth.
At the end of the six-week cycle, families receive a progress report that:
Summarizes instructional focus areas
Highlights progress and skill development
Identifies remaining areas of need
Provides recommendations for continued learning
