One-Time Registration & Diagnostic Assessment: $50

In addition to completing the online registration, all of our clients must submit a one-time yearly registration fee.

 Each client is required to complete an online math diagnostic test before joining a group. This assessment identifies strengths, prior knowledge, and misconceptions so we can place students in the most appropriate group and design effective learning plans. After the test is completed, results will be reviewed with the student and family to ensure clarity, alignment, and a strong start. The diagnostic must be scheduled and completed prior to the first group tutoring session. 

Group Tutoring Rates: 

Our group plan is designed to provide consistent support and steady mathematical growth. This option works well for students who need ongoing reinforcement, targeted instruction, or enrichment beyond classroom learning.

2 Group Sessions Per Week Price: $310 per month (Total of 8 sessions per month)

3 Group Sessions Per Week Price: $365 per month (Total of 12 sessions per month)

Includes:

• Structured group tutoring sessions

• Individualized learning goals based on the required diagnostic assessment

• Progress monitoring to track growth over time

• Access to in-person or online sessions (based on availability)

Individual (1:1) Tutoring Rates: 

For families seeking one-on-one support, individual tutoring provides fully personalized instruction tailored to each student’s specific needs. This option offers focused attention, customized pacing, and immediate feedback, making it ideal for students who require targeted remediation, enrichment, or advanced challenge. Individual sessions ensure that every minute is spent on what benefits the student most. 

Price: 

• $280 for 1 session per week (Total of 4 sessions per month)

• $544 for 2 sessions per week (Total of 8 sessions per month)

Note: The first sibling receives a 10% discount, and each additional sibling receives a 5% discount. 

SAT Prep

At Excel At Math, our SAT and ACT prep is unlike any other because we are a dedicated math learning center. While most test prep programs skim over math concepts, we dive deep into understanding the ‘why’ behind every problem. Our students gain strong comprehension of the math content tested on the SAT and ACT, building confidence and mastery that goes far beyond memorizing formulas. With personalized instruction, targeted practice, and strategies rooted in true mathematical understanding, we ensure each student is fully prepared to tackle the most challenging questions on test day.

ACT Prep

Our ACT prep goes beyond rote practice. Because the ACT tests both speed and accuracy, especially in math, we focus on building strong comprehension of each concept and teaching strategies to solve problems efficiently. Students gain confidence, sharpen their problem-solving skills, and develop the mental agility needed to succeed on every section of the ACT.
