We understand that occasional scheduling conflicts may arise. To support families while encouraging consistent attendance, students who have been enrolled for at least 60 days may receive credit for up to two (2) missed sessions per year, provided at least 24 hours’ advance notice is given. Sessions missed without sufficient notice, or any missed sessions beyond the two allowed per year, are not eligible for credit.

All tutoring time is reserved specifically for each student. Missed, credited, or scheduled sessions are non-transferable and may not be shared with another student.

Please note that no refunds are provided, and credits are issued only under the circumstances outlined above.

Code of Conduct:

To ensure a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment, all students and families are expected to follow these guidelines:

Students are expected to arrive on time, come prepared, and treat tutors, staff, and fellow students with respect. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior is not permitted.

Parents and guardians are expected to support Center policies and ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of students.
