Refund Policy
We understand that occasional conflicts arise. For families enrolled 60+ days, we offer credit for up to two missed sessions per year with 24h notice. Sessions missed without notice are not eligible for credit.
Payment Terms
Payments can be made online or in-person. Late payments incur a $5 daily fee, up to a maximum of $35 per session period.
