1. Fee & Payment Policy: 


  • Early Bird Special: $230 per week when you register by April 30, 2026.

  • Partner School Discount: Families from schools listed on our website as partner tutoring schools will receive a $30 discount, making the weekly fee $220.​

  • Regular Tuition: $250 per week for families who are not affiliated with a partner school or did not register during the Early Bird enrollment period.

  • Sibling Discount: Families enrolling more than one child will receive 5% off for each additional sibling enrolled in the same week.​


 *Includes all materials, daily snacks, and activities.


Payment Details:

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for each week selected to reserve your child’s seat at the time of registration. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to each camp week.


​Families who enroll in 5 or more weeks and pay in full at the time of registration will receive a 5% discount.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy:

All payments are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations, missed days, or early withdrawal from the camp.  


3. Attendance Policy:

Summer Camp sessions are scheduled in advance, and there are no make-up days or refunds for missed sessions.


4.   Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy:

Camp runs from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM each day. Parents/guardians are expected to drop off and pick up their child on time. Late pick-ups may result in additional fees.  


5. Behavior Expectations:

 Students are expected to participate respectfully, follow directions, and contribute to a positive learning environment. If a student’s behavior is disruptive or unsafe, they may be dismissed from the camp without a refund.  


6. Health & Safety Policy:

Parents should not send their child to camp if they are feeling unwell or showing signs of illness. This helps ensure a safe and healthy environment for all students and staff.  


7. Code of Conduct Policy: 

To ensure a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment, all students and families are expected to follow these guidelines:

Students are expected to arrive on time, come prepared, and treat tutors, staff, and fellow students with respect. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior is not permitted.


Excel At Math reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for behavior that disrupts the learning environment or compromises safety.


8. Technology Use & Privacy Policy:

Technology provided or used during tutoring sessions is for educational purposes only and must be used responsibly. 

Student information is kept confidential and used only for enrollment, instruction, and communication. The Center may use approved online platforms and reasonable safeguards to protect student data. Misuse of technology or violations of this policy may result in restricted access or suspension of services.  


9. Non-Discrimination Policy: 

Excel At Math is committed to maintaining a learning environment that is welcoming, inclusive, and respectful. Excel At Math does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, age, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law in the administration of its educational programs, services, enrollment practices, or related activities.


This policy applies to all students, families, staff, and visitors and supports Excel At Math’s commitment to equal access and opportunity in all aspects of its operations.


10. Policy Changes & Updates Policy: 

Excel At Math reserves the right to modify, update, or amend its policies, procedures, and fees as necessary.

Reasonable notice of policy changes will be provided to families through written communication, email, or posting on the Excel At Math website. Continued participation in tutoring services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.

The Adventure Experience

Week 1: Math Moves in the Real World

Explore fundamental math in the real world through movement, games, and hands-on challenges that make numbers come alive.

Week 2: Multiplication in Motion

Build multiplication fluency and confidence with movement-based games, skip-counting, and creative problem-solving.

Week 3: Fractions in Motion

Deepen understanding of fractions using motion, visuals, and real-life scenarios so students truly “feel” parts of a whole.

Week 4: Math in Motion Challenge Lab

Put skills to the test in our Challenge Lab with puzzles, team challenges, and real-world problem-solving adventures.

Week 5: Motion & Measurement Adventure

Explore the math of velocity and distance through obstacle courses and hands-on experiments measuring the world around us.

Week 6: Build It! Math Engineering Adventure

Apply geometric principles and structural thinking to design and construct architectural models in our engineering workshop.

Week 7: Math Detectives Adventure

Solve complex mysteries by decoding patterns, logical sequences, and algebraic riddles in an immersive detective experience.

Week 8: Around the World Math Adventure

Navigate global travel challenges using cartography, currency conversion, and geometry from cultures across the globe.

Is the camp suitable for students who struggle with math?

What ages can attend, and what are the camp hours and tuition?

Math in Motion: Summer Adventure is open to students ages 5–13 (rising K–7th grade) and runs Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. Tuition is $250 per week, with an Early Bird rate of $230 through April 30, 2026. Families from partner schools listed on our website receive a discounted rate of $220 per week. We also offer a $50 daily drop-in option based on availability.
